Our managing member, Stephen Fleisher, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in both residential and commercial development. Steve graduated from Cornell University with a Masters of Business Administration, and has a Bachelors in Real Estate and Urban Planning from the University of Florida. Mr. Fleisher is a licensed Florida Building Contractor, as well as a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Fleisher has gathered experience in all facets of development including land development, design, construction management, sales and leasing, and financing. With extensive practical experience and his market knowledge, Mr. Fleisher's expertise is invaluable to our success.
